States are lining up at the trough to transfer the responsibility for managing their budgets to future generations, by demanding the Federal government print money to bail them out. Led by chronically irresponsible states like New York, New Jersey, and California… states are collectively asking for $1 Trillion in deficit spending to cover their budget gaps and create busy-work construction projects like Mafia museums, renewable energy museums, and trains to nowhere.
But not everyone is joining the Rush to Impoverish Our Children’s Children.
- Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is not asking for a Federal Bailout.
- Texas governor Rick Perry and South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford are also not asking for a bailout.
- Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker says thanks but no thanks to any federal economic stimulus money for county projects.
While accepting federal money allocated for other projects, none of them are piling onto the debt by demanding that the Federal government bailout their states finances.
